Marketing Plan

Our business in Deli Brownies is targetting all the IIUM students which were in the same community with us.In order to reach our target sale,we have chosen these group of people to make our business run smoothly.It is because the freshly baked brownies should be delivered to the customers on the same day they placed their orders.
We also identified the market segments which were based on :

·   Demographic

This is based on their age which were still in teenage range. They were also still studying and living in IIUM. Moreover,their income(pocket money) is also commonly around RM400 and above per month. So,our price that we have set for our Deli Brownies is affordable for our targeted customers.

·   Psychographic

This variable allow us to know more about our customers interest and opinions before we decide to start our business on Deli Brownies. Since brownies is quite popular these days, so that is why we decided to sell brownies as our product. This step is important so that our product can captured our customers’ hearts and interests.









  We created a poster, build a page on Facebook and a viral message on whatsapp to promote our Deli     Brownies.
